(2) Roger BarrRoger’s charcoal drawings capture the landscape that he loves. He records changing light and changing seasons with rich tones and a light touch. Roger’s work has been exhibited locally and further afield including the Mall Galleries and the Royal Academy.

(3) Brier Hey Pottery (Sat only)
Brier Hey pottery was established many years ago by the studio potter, David Constantine White. Some of his work is still on display. The pottery is still very active and the current artists produce a range of ceramics from jewellery to sculptural forms. Parking available.

I am interested in landscape and seascape themes, transforming the ‘everyday’ into something meditative and contemplative. I experiment with a wide range of materials and new techniques, creating a distinct visual language that has both representational and abstract qualities.

I am a local narcoleptic artist who loves anything to do with dreams or nightmares. I work in most mediums from ink to digital dolls. I am influenced by comics, music, goth, Japanese art and fantasy illustration and the natural magical landscape around me.

Meet the clog makers and visit our factory to see clogs being made in the traditional way, using skills passed down through generations. We are proud to keep the traditional styles alive and also work with budding new designers – our clogs are regularly seen on the catwalks!
